We're getting hitched!

We have paid and made the necessary arrangements for your stay, however, you may be asked for a refundable deposit of PHP 2,000.00/room (this will be returned upon checkout). Kindly note that you will be sharing the room with individuals who are closest to you, and this information will be communicated to you in advance. 

If you wish to extend your stay before or after the wedding, this will be at your own expense (you can find the rates on the Wedding Details page). For easier tracking, your room will be shared with the same people as on the wedding night. The RSVP has options to select the dates of your extended stay. Reservations will be through the couple and payment will be settled at the resort upon checkout.

If you book externally, please be informed that you will not be able to get the discounted rates and rooms will be subject to availability as rooms are reserved for our wedding. If you decide to book in a different venue, your room for March 01-02 (wedding day) will still be reserved. 

We have taken great care to ensure everyone's comfort. The availed rooms are all deluxe suites with 2 queen-sized beds with a beautiful view of the ocean.

However, should there be issues with your assigned roommates, room or additional requests, please reach out to us to address this. 

While we acknowledge the request for transportation support, our budget allocates resources to other indispensable elements of the wedding. 

There is a drivers' quarter close to the venue. The name of the accommodation is "Subli Subli Lodge". You can redirect to this page Subli Subli Lodge and contact them in advance for a reservation.

The establishment can accommodate parking for up to 100 cars, ensuring ample space for guests. 

While we appreciate your enthusiasm to bring a guest, our resources are currently constrained, which limit our capacity to accommodate more attendees. More importantly, we want to celebrate our wedding privately and intimately with the invited people that we most cherish. Please no substitutes.

In case this is unavoidable, you can book hotels outside the venue, you may refer to the Travel Guide page. We highly recommend, our favorite place, Urbiztondo, San Juan as it has a lot of nice food, bars, hotels, and tourist spots! 

The reception venue has a strict no pets policy. The furbabies will have to stay at home.

Guests are advised to fuel up on lunch as the event starts from 3PM onwards. There will be snacks provided during the cocktail hour and dinner service during the reception. 

A detailed menu of the food offerings will be provided on the day of the event. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. 

Unfortunately, the resort has a strict “No outside food policy” but there is a cafe and restaurant inside the resort. 

We would greatly appreciate full attendance, but acknowledge that circumstances may prevent some from being present. 

Please note, there is no reservation of seats during the ceremony except for the entourage. 

Professional photographers have been enlisted for the wedding. Kindly avoid obstructing the aisle and taking pictures of the groom and bride during the ceremony. 

However, we encourage capturing candid moments at the cocktail, reception and after party, more details on how to upload/share these will be announced during the event. 

Please reach out to Sheign (Maid of Honor) via Facebook and mention the runtime of your performance as we have already plotted the schedule and timeline of the program. 

While we appreciate the thoughtfulness behind your gifts, we kindly request cash contributions for our future and honeymoon. Also, due to the distance of the venue and plans after the wedding, it will be very difficult for us to bring the gifts back to Manila. 

Money envelopes will be provided during the reception and for the digital-only folks, QR codes for cashless transactions will be provided during the event and updated on this site.

We are beyond grateful and appreciative but we kindly request prior notification as the resort imposes corkage fees for each external supplier we engage. Please let us know so we can enlist your supplier and inform our coordinators. No surprises please! 

In light of our stringent timelines, we kindly ask for all RSVPs to be submitted within a month of receipt. Rest assured, we will send reminders as the event approaches to prompt your response. Should we not receive a reply by the specified date, we will regrettably assume your inability to attend and extend the invitation to another guest. 

Please note that all responses submitted are considered final. 

Although the resort is situated by the beach, both the reception and ceremony will be hosted away from the shoreline but within the same vicinity.
